Job Description:

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on development experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, data modeling, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using:
  
• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulables
  
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura (as needed)
  
• SOQL, SOSL, Async Apex
  
• Flows, Custom Metadata, Platform Events
  
• Build reusable, optimized, maintainable code following coding standards and governor limit best practices.
  
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
  
• Participate in technical design discussions, providing guidance on Salesforce features, limitations, and best-fit solutions.
  
• Create technical documentation including:
Data models
Sequence diagrams
Integration specs
Deployment guides
  
• Develop and support integrations using:
REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Callouts
Middleware tools (Mulesoft)
Implement secure, performant, and reliable integration patterns (request-response, batch, streaming, event-driven).
  
• Design and manage complex data models, relationships, and sharing models.
  
• Optimize queries and ensure data integrity across environments.
  
• Write robust unit tests (75%+ coverage) following best practices.
  
• Work with CI/CD tools (Copado, or Jenkins) for automated deployments.
  
• Follow Agile/Scrum processes: grooming, sprint development, demos, and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers, tech leads, and admins for smooth release cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

  
• 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  
• Strong expertise in:
  
• Apex, LWC, Visualforce (as needed)
  
• SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing
  
• Flows and automation tools
  
• Deep understanding of:
  
• Salesforce data model
  
• Sharing & security model
  
• Integration patterns
  
• Governor limits
  
• Experience working with Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform Developer II (preferred)
  
• App Builder or Admin is a plus
  
• Experience working in multi-org, large-scale enterprise programs.
