This modern approach provides hiring managers with a dynamic way to assess candidates, giving them a preview of an actual interview. In addition to video resumés, the app features a wealth of professional content, offering career tips and insights in a TikTok style format.

Dawn is expanding its recruitment services, and looking for a superstar with established list of clients who they can bring into the company and continue to grow this new business line. Dawn already has a full recruitment services team and technology for support.

Role Description

The
VP Sales
will be responsible for driving new business development, executing business planning, and lead generation. Primary focus is to secure recruiment contracts with corporate clients.

The role also involves contract negotiation and managing client accounts. The candidate will strategize and implement growth opportunities for the firm.

This role is for founder status, with equity earned within 3-6 months based on clients brought to Dawn. There will be no salary for the first 3-6 months, commissions only. After meeting performance expectations, a salary of $300k per annum + commissions + 10%-20% equity will be given.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation in recruitment services
  • Business development of SaaS offerings
  • Experience in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation
  • Competence in Account Management
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
