Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Product Associate located in the Budapest Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will contribute to the design and improvement of user experiences and interfaces for the O-HIVE platform. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translating those needs into intuitive UI/UX designs, and working closely with developers to bring those designs to life. Additionally, you will support product and project management efforts to ensure alignment with team goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to extract actionable insights to inform design decisions
  • Effective Presentation Skills and Communication abilities for sharing ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Product Management and Project Management, ensuring alignment with team objectives
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in dynamic team environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in an AI or technology-driven environment is advantageous
