Responsibilities:

- Assist in the production of signs, banners, and other visual displays

- Operate and maintain sign-making equipment, such as printers, CNC Router, Channel Letter Bending machine, plotters, and cutters

- Prepare materials for production, including measuring, cutting, and prepping substrates

- Assist with vinyl application and installation. Install LED sign lighting an d conversations. Comfortable working at height.

- Maintain inventory of sign-making supplies and materials

- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and consistency

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a sign shop or related field is manditory.

- Basic knowledge of sign-making techniques and materials

- Familiarity with sign-making software and design programs is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
