Job Description:
ATA Financial is seeking an Associate Planner to join our dynamic team in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, including gathering client information, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Prepare investment proposals and presentations for client meetings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies.
- Collaborate with advisors to develop personalized financial recommendations for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial planning or wealth management is required and must be Licensed to sell investment Products.
- Experience in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that will promote strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations and compliance standards.
