Duties

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on cars and light trucks
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Repair or replace faulty components utilizing hand tools and power tools
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of mechanical systems
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to most models of car and trucks
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
