About Thesis Guide

Thesis Guide is an educational and research support brand that helps students and professionals strengthen their academic and language skills. One of our clients is seeking a French-speaking tutor
to support conversational and test-preparation practice for the
TEF
or
TCF
French exams.

Role Overview

The tutor will lead short, engaging Zoom sessions to improve pronunciation, comprehension, and conversational confidence. A structured syllabus will be provided — your role is to guide, correct, and interact naturally with the learner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    8–10 one-hour Zoom sessions
    each month (schedule flexible).
  • Provide real-time corrections and pronunciation feedback.
  • Help the learner prepare for
    TEF/TCF-style
    speaking and listening components.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional communication style.
  • Share brief notes or feedback after sessions.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in
    French
    (formal or academic fluency preferred).
  • Residence in
    Togo, Ivory Coast, Senegal, or any French-speaking country
    .
  • Reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.
  • Intermediate English ability for communication is preferred.
  • Prior tutoring experience is an advantage but not required.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Hours: 8–10 per month
  • Pay:
    10 CAD per one-hour session (8–10 total)
  • Fully remote, flexible schedule
