We're on the hunt for an SEO superstar to skyrocket our online visibility and drive organic traffic to new heights. This is not an entry-level role—we need a seasoned expert with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in search engine optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings across search engines like Google, Bing, and others, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content for maximum discoverability.
  • Technical SEO: Audit and optimize website structure, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability to enhance user experience and search engine performance.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content, blogs, and landing pages are SEO-optimized, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and schema markup.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to boost domain authority through high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to monitor KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights via regular reports.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable success in improving search rankings and driving organic traffic for businesses or clients. Online course certifications alone won't cut it—we want real-world results.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and technical knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, development, marketing).
  • Proven Results: A portfolio or case studies showcasing significant SEO wins, such as increased rankings, traffic, or conversions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience trumps formal education.
