Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety compliance, and optimize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily operational goals.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed by team members.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and improve efficiency.
  • Train and mentor new and existing employees on equipment operation and safety practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Prior experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies is a plus. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic setting. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.
