Overview

We are looking for skilled Seamstresses or Sewing Machine Operators to join our growing production team in Mississauga. If you have strong attention to detail and excellent sewing skills, we'd love to hear from you. This position offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, opportunities for long-term employment and career growth, flexible morning and afternoon shifts, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with on-the-job training.

Pay: $19/hr – $25/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday (Morning 7:00AM – 3:30PM / Afternoon 3:30- 12:00AM)

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise double stitching and various sewing techniques to meet quality standards
  • Follow sewing patterns and instructions accurately
  • Handle fabrics and materials efficiently and with care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Achieve or surpass daily production goals

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in industrial sewing, particularly with double stitching (required)
  • Proficient in operating single needle, double needle, and serger machines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and cooperative with team members
  • Willingness to complete a short trial period prior to full-time employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
