Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles of all types
- Assist customers with their vehicle needs and answer any questions courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized
- Perform basic vehicle inspections for any damages or issues before and after washing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer requests and feedback promptly
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation of equipment and handling of cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and presentable
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
