MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our E6 Program team at the Calgary Downtown location as an Employer Advisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in job development/job placement
  • Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education
  • Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience
  • Knowledge of the Calgary labour market
  • Labour market connections are an asset
  • Knowledge of workplace integration strategies, Alberta labour/disability laws, and Duty to
  • Accommodate legislation
  • Strong commitment to reducing mental health stigmas and creating inclusive labour
  • markets
  • Knowledge of best practices in Recruitment and Hiring
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
