Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, the Revenue Operations Specialist (RevOps) is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end revenue process across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role ensures teams are supported with accurate data, effective tools, and efficient workflows that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, tech-savvy, and skilled at balancing tactical execution with strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

· CRM & Systems Management

o Administer and optimize the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure accurate data, pipeline visibility, and reporting.

o Maintain integrations between systems (CRM, marketing automation, customer service platforms, booking/dispatch tools).

· Revenue Process Optimization

o Document, refine, and improve lead-to-cash workflows.

o Identify friction points in sales, marketing, and service handoffs, and implement solutions to improve conversion and retention.

o Support automation initiatives that reduce manual work for frontline teams.

· Data & Reporting

o Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline health, lead conversion, customer retention, and revenue forecasting.

o Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.

· Enablement & Support

o Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure teams have the right tools, training, and processes.

o Develop and maintain playbooks, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

· Governance & Data Quality

o Implement data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.

o Maintain compliance with privacy and data regulations.

· Other duties as required

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.

· Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

· Strong analytical skills with experience building reports/dashboards.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Data-driven mindset with a bias toward action.

· Collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Preferred:

· Experience in high-growth or service-based industries.

· Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).

· Knowledge of RevOps best practices and customer lifecycle management.
