The main accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Align IT operations with organizational goals in collaboration with the Director of Digital Operations.
  • Advance inclusive design and ensure compliance with accessibility standards to remove barriers and foster equitable participation in the digital environment.
  • Monitor security portals and optimize security tools for email, CRM, and endpoint protection.
  • Coordinate with phone service providers and troubleshoot issues on behalf of staff.
  • Manage inventory of corporate devices and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Provide technical support to staff for devices, software, and CRM-related issues.
  • Develop, test, and implement group policies for corporate devices, personal device access, and digital resource security.
  • Document and maintain IT policies and operational processes.
  • Administer access, licensing, security, and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications.
  • Conduct testing and maintain documentation for CRM updates and workflows.
  • Perform regular backups of CRM and productivity suite data.
  • Audit the cloud environment to minimize data sprawl and ensure secure, appropriate access to digital resources.
  • Report quarterly to leadership on security ratings and IT operational activities.
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff and leadership on cybersecurity best practices and changes to organizational hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and Windows-based devices.
  • Experience in CRM administration and automation (Salesforce preferred, comparable CRM experience considered).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with external IT support, end users, and vendors.
  • Capacity to learn new technologies and independently research solutions.

Working hours and work environment

  • Position may require work hours outside of standard Monday to Friday work week to accommodate as needed
