· Ensure all work meets industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

· Complete detailed service reports and documentation to maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

· Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, ensuring fire departments receive the best possible care for their emergency vehicles.

· Adhere to all safety protocols, quality control measures, and company policies while working on-site and in the dealership.

· Previous experience in diagnosing, servicing, and testing fire apparatus (including pumps, valves, monitors, and related components) is highly beneficial. Experience working with Class 8 trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, or coach buses is also considered an asset.

· Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, diagnostics, and hydraulic systems is essential for success in this role. The ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electronic systems efficiently is required.

· DZ driver's license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe is required.

· Industry knowledge and relationship-building skills: A solid understanding of the fire service industry, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with Fire Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and Maintenance Departments, is a key aspect of this role.

· Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are essential traits. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accountability.
