We are hiring for an Investor Relations Manager/Associate

As part of this role, you'll become registered as a Dealing Representative with Atlas One Digital Securities, a leading Exempt Market Dealer and digital investing platform that has already facilitated $100M+ in private market transactions across Canada. You'll work inside one of the most modern, tech-forward investment ecosystems in the country.
What Your Work Will Look Like
This is a dynamic, relationship-focused role where you'll have real ownership, real impact, and real opportunity.
You will:
● Build, launch, and execute investor acquisition campaigns
● Grow and manage relationships with high-net-worth and accredited investors
● Manage the full investor journey: engagement → onboarding → long-term relationship management
● Lead marketing initiatives, private investor events, webinars, and outreach campaigns
● Oversee CRM operations and optimize the funnel for performance
● Ensure compliance across all investor interactions
● Collaborate closely with the EMD team, dealing reps, and compliance experts
You'll have the autonomy to build, the support to scale, and the team behind you to win.

You should have:
● A proven track record in fundraising, private equity, wealth management, or investor relations
● A strong network of accredited / high-net-worth investors
● Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
● A strong understanding of securities compliance
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● A passion for financial innovation, digital investing, and emerging technology
● Required: CSC, Dealing Rep license, or equivalent securities licensing (must be completed before start date)
