SummaryThe Lead Generation Analyst plays a key role in supporting Execaire Aviation's Marketing and Sales teams by identifying, analyzing, and qualifying potential leads across the business aviation market. This role combines research, data analysis, and CRM management to help drive pipeline growth and support the company's overall sales objectives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable using digital tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and JetNet to uncover new business opportunities and enhance lead quality.

Report to the Head of Marketing
8 Month contract (November 1, 2025 -June 30, 2026)
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and target lists.
- Utilize ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and other industry data sources (such as JetNet) to identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and segmentation.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support ongoing database maintenance and CRM initiatives.
- Conduct competitive and market research to support targeted outreach efforts.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing & Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales operations, or marketing analytics.
- Proficient in ZoomInfo and Salesforce; experience with JetNet, AI tools is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is an asset.
