Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee and participate in HVAC installation projects, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site installation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.
  • Install a wide range of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, garage heaters, BBQ lines, heat pumps and more.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, time spent, and job completion notes.
  • Occasionally travel for out-of-town projects, which may include overnight stays (weekend work optional).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar lead or senior installer role within the HVAC or mechanical installation industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of installation tools, materials, and techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Assets

  • Experience installing and servicing furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems.
  • HVAC, Gasfitter, or Refrigeration certification (not required but considered an asset).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
