We are seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Site Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with on-site construction activities, including framing, general carpentry, and site coordination. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to work hands-on with tools in a fast-paced environment.

Construction Site Assistant

Wage: $25.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various job sites (vehicle required)

Responsibilities

  • Support site supervisors and trades with daily construction operations
  • Perform framing and other carpentry-related tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Load, transport, and handle materials and tools as required
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of framing or general construction experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel to job sites required)
  • Ability to work safely with tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move materials as part of daily tasks

Compensation and Benefits

  • $25.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
