About Our Team
The Labour Management team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the labour program that supports our stores across the country. We work in close partnership with Operations to stay closely connected to what's happening on the ground, ensuring our labour models accurately reflect real-time operational needs, business priorities, and customer expectations.
As store processes evolve and new programs are introduced, we continuously adapt our labour strategies to optimize workforce allocation and productivity across all departments. Our goal is to deploy labour spend effectively, driving operational efficiency while enabling exceptional customer experiences.
We pride ourselves on building strong, trusted relationships with our partners by delivering high-quality results, and by focusing on how we deliver them. We lead with integrity, collaboration, and curiosity, bringing data-driven insights to every conversation and a deep commitment to doing what's right for our customers, colleagues, and the business.
Joining our team means working on high-impact initiatives that shape how our stores operate. You'll gain exposure to enterprise decision-making, help drive meaningful change, and grow your career, all while being part of a supportive, innovative, and collaborative team that values learning and having fun along the way.
About The Role
