Administrative Assistant and Dispatch

OR Computer Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support in dispatch and reporting. The administrator will bring professionalism, organization and efficiency to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and dispatch field service technicians
- Be agile and accommodating to changes within the schedule
- Maintain an organized distribution list
- Answering calls and responding to emails and voicemails
- Preparing and reviewing excel reports
- Entry of data for the purpose of reporting
- Coordination of logistics and shipping
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
- Post-secondary education and/or related work experience
- Excellent understanding of the office suite
- Strong skills in excel and word
- Extremely strong organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills complimented by a friendly personality to help maintain and build relationships with vendors and clients
- Sharp attention to detail and analytic skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
