OR Computer Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support in dispatch and reporting. The administrator will bring professionalism, organization and efficiency to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and dispatch field service technicians
  • Be agile and accommodating to changes within the schedule
  • Maintain an organized distribution list
  • Answering calls and responding to emails and voicemails
  • Preparing and reviewing excel reports
  • Entry of data for the purpose of reporting
  • Coordination of logistics and shipping
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
  • Post-secondary education and/or related work experience
  • Excellent understanding of the office suite
  • Strong skills in excel and word
  • Extremely strong organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills complimented by a friendly personality to help maintain and build relationships with vendors and clients
  • Sharp attention to detail and analytic skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
