About Us

Rhino Shrink Wrap is a leader in the Canadian shrink

wrap industry, known for high-quality installations,

dependable service, and large-scale project expertise. We service customers nationwide with established branches in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Our British Columbia Operations Manager will oversee our entire BC operation, with the primary office and warehouse located in Surrey, British Columbia. We support construction, industrial, marine and commercial clients across the province, as demand grows for Rhino Wrap we are continuing to expand our footprint and service capabilities. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strong

operations-focused leader to help elevate our service, customer communication, and overall operational efficiency.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager /

Customer Relations Lead to oversee day-to-day

operations while delivering an exceptional customer

experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management


• Oversee daily operational flow, scheduling, job

coordination, and field support.


• Quoting projects for customers.


• Develop and maintain efficient systems, SOPs, and

quality standards.


• Coordinate with installation crews, ensuring timely

project execution.


• Support shareholders and leadership with forecasting, planning, and operational improvements.

Estimating & Outside Sales


• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for new and existing clients.


• Conduct outside sales visits to project sites, contractors, and large accounts.


• Identify growth opportunities within the BC region and develop client pipelines

Customer Service & Client Management


• Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering

professional communication and fast response times.


• Handle scheduling requests, quotes, follow-ups, and project updates.


• Resolve issues quickly, ensuring customers receive

top-tier service.


• Work closely with major accounts, including

construction and industrial partners.


• Work closely with Operations Coordinators

Team Leadership


• Support entire team as the leader when needed from hiring and onboarding, to supporting training of

operations and field staff.


• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused

culture.


• Monitor performance and drive continuous

improvement across teams.

Qualifications


• 3+ years experience in operations, project

coordination, or service management (construction/

industrial experience an asset).


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail

and follow-through.


• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and

deadlines.


• Competent with scheduling tools, CRM platforms,

and basic reporting would be an asset.


• Leadership experience preferred.

Compensation


• Salary: $100,000+ per year, based on experience.
