About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, manage invoices, maintain office supplies, and communicate effectively with vendors and customers.

Experience in QuickBooks and the auto parts industry is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time

  • Organize and maintain records of invoices (received and sent)

  • Contact vendors and customers regarding payments, orders, and inquiries

  • Collect and process customer payments

  • Order and manage office and shop supplies

  • Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks

  • Support accounting processes and data entry as needed

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, written and verbal)

  • Experience in the auto parts industry is a plus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (G-Suite)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • On-site in Mississauga, ON

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience)
  • Benefits available after probationary period (if applicable)
