Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and renovation, with a focus on restoring and enhancing residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform renovations, including but not limited to tile laying, masonry work, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
  • Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed for various renovation projects.
  • Install fixtures, cabinetry, and other components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Build and restore structures while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in renovation or construction-related fields.
  • Proficiency in tile laying, masonry, construction painting, installation, and heavy lifting, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
