Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) or corporate IT directories (especially Active Directory)
  • Understanding of key identity management concepts in the context of cybersecurity (SSO, MFA, Authentication, Authorization, etc.)
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in business process methodologies: modeling, BPMN, etc.
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) would be an asset
  • Experience working with SharePoint and Okta

Job Summary

The resource will be acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams for a top consulting company in Canada. This role also involves supporting projects in process mapping activities, conducting various types of analyses (process, data, impact, risk, issues), and raising stakeholder awareness of the efforts required for change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the technological ecosystem and understand interrelationships
  • Understand and document current processes
  • Support product owners, business line partners, and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables to prepare for solution delivery
  • Conduct all types of analysis to diagnose gaps between the current and target states
  • Understand business challenges, identify stakeholder needs, propose and implement IT strategies and solutions, considering the diverse nature of the projects to support their execution
  • Identify and document stakeholder information and needs (issues to resolve, technical requirements, business processes, data flows, etc.)
  • Ensure the delivery of analyses and documentation to support smooth operational change management for stakeholders
