Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract role. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in administrative tasks. This role involves requesting, reviewing, and filing client records.
Duties
- Maintain file records in Microsoft Office programs
- Requesting outstanding medical records, saving submitted records, and filing records
- Reviewing records for accuracy and requesting more information, when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
