Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Whether it's hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers - so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.
Why this job's a big deal:
As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's future within the competitive travel industry. This pivotal role offers a direct opportunity to driving growth by identifying new, valuable partners and nurturing and managing existing relationships, ultimately strengthening the company's presence among key industry players.
You'll serve as a trusted representative of the brand, representing the organization and shaping how it's perceived among partners, customers, and competitors alike. This position puts you at the crossroads of strategy and execution, giving you a stake in shaping product direction, customer experience, and go-to-market plans—while also delivering real, measurable results.
This role offers significant responsibility and cross-functional influence. You will manage existing partnerships, contribute to business development from initial contact to integration, and foster long-term growth. You'll lead major commercial deals in collaboration with talented internal teams. By applying your industry insights, analytical skills, and creativity, you will address complex challenges, identify new opportunities, and consistently deliver value for both new and existing partners in a dynamic environment.
In this role you will get to:
- Work alongside Senior Management on multiple high-value partnerships, developing and maintaining key partnership relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing legal contractual and renewal requirements.
- Drive sales growth by managing the business development lifecycle—prospecting new accounts, onboarding partners, and continually developing established accounts for long-term success.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams spanning product, customer service, finance, and marketing, giving you broad exposure and influence within the organization.
- Ensure all partners (new and existing) experience ongoing support, addressing their evolving needs and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify partnership business needs, collaborate with Product and Technical teams on new affiliate product initiatives, and create solutions to optimize internal operations and processes.
- Manage projects in a structured and timely manner, both internally and externally, ensuring efficient delivery of partnership initiatives.
- Use your analytical and negotiation skills to solve commercial challenges and craft tailored solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maintain responsibility over your portfolio and activities, planning and prioritizing all efforts to meet deadlines, deliver results and exceed growth targets.
- Lead the White Label and API implementation for key accounts from contract signing through live ramp-up, working closely with Priceline Product and Technology.
Who you are:
- Postsecondary education (college diploma or university degree), preferably in Business, Marketing, or Technology
- A minimum of 4-5 years work experience in business, marketing, technology or project management
- A results-oriented professional with extensive B2B management and sales experience, specializing in key business partnerships. You excel at managing existing key accounts, acquiring new high-value accounts, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Have a deep understanding of the travel, hospitality, or bed bank landscape, leveraging a strong professional network. Your strategic mindset helps you spot commercial opportunities ahead of the curve.
- Expertise across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Digital, and/or Brand marketing, is a plus.
- Enjoy championing your organization's brand and can connect with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You're equally comfortable leading complex deal negotiations, problem-solving in real time, or collaborating cross-functionally with product, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to develop solutions that deliver real value.
- Analytically minded and highly organized, you expertly prioritize and juggle multiple projects within fast-paced environments, always meeting deadlines and delivering results. Above all, you're a proactive team player recognized for your integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
- The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.
