OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sponsorship Activation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the execution of sponsorship deliverables, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and creating seamless, memorable experiences for our partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and problem-solving are essential.
This role pays an annual salary of $60,000 CAD

This position will remain open until December 26, 2025.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day sponsor activation needs.
- Manage and execute sponsorship deliverables, ensuring all contractual elements are fulfilled.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations, events, etc.) to ensure sponsor activations are integrated smoothly.
- Track, monitor, and report on deliverable status, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Develop activation recaps and reporting decks that demonstrate ROI and highlight partnership successes.
- Support the planning and execution of on-site activations, including event setup, staffing coordination, and client hospitality.
- Assist in developing creative activation concepts that align with sponsor objectives and brand values.
- Maintain organized documentation, including contracts, activation calendars, and proof-of-performance assets.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor satisfaction and maximize renewal potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Entertainment Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sponsorship activation, partnership marketing, or event management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Experience in creating professional presentations and recap reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
