Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and personable Leasing Agents to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the main point of contact between prospective tenants and property owners. You'll be responsible for showcasing units, handling inquiries, preparing listings, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.

Responsibilities


• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants through calls, emails, and messages.


• Schedule and conduct apartment showings.


• Market available units through platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and rental groups.


• Create accurate and engaging property listings in English and French.


• Guide tenants through the rental application process.


• Maintain updated knowledge of available units and rental terms.


• Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, and prospective tenants.


• Ensure excellent tenant experiences and uphold Ohr Leasing's reputation for reliability and service.

Requirements


• Strong communication skills (English required; French is a strong asset).


• Positive, professional, and personable attitude.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Comfortable using digital tools (Facebook, Google Drive, Airtable).


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an asset, but not required – training is provided.

Compensation


• Commission-based role with high earning potential.
