  • Manage subcontractor qualification and award recommendations.
  • Ensure all required documentation, permits, and approvals are secured prior to construction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during preconstruction.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide project updates, and ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
  • Oversee handover packages and knowledge transfer to the construction team.
  • Identify lessons learned and implement improvements in preconstruction workflows.

What you bring:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in preconstruction or project management.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Project, estimating software, Bluebeam, CAD software, and Google Workspace.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction codes, permitting processes, and compliance standards.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.

Why join ETRO?:

  • Lead high-impact projects in collaboration with innovative technical teams.
  • Play a key role in bridging preconstruction and construction delivery.
  • Opportunity to influence process improvements and best practices.
  • Supportive, forward-thinking culture with a focus on growth and collaboration.
