Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Franchise Manager to oversee our franchise operations. This role is crucial in driving sales, enhancing customer service, and ensuring operational excellence across all franchise locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of restaurant management, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that align with our brand's vision while maximizing profitability.

Duties

  • Lead and manage multiple franchise locations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandising, and customer service quality.
  • Collaborate with franchise owners on budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to optimize stock availability.
  • Utilize POS systems for sales tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and effective communication.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees in areas such as marketing, merchandising, and operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or franchise operations is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, training & development, and leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Canadian Food Safety training, plus alcohol serving certification.
  • Strong math skills for pricing analysis and financial reporting.
