We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager with strong UX and SaaS experience
to help design the next generation of AI-driven property development tools. You will work closely with engineering, design, and domain experts to build highly intuitive, beautifully simple user experiences for an industry full of complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core SaaS modules.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive experiences.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to deeply understand user pain points.
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, fast, iterative releases.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, business, and leadership.
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure product performance and inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with domain experts (real estate, planning, GIS) to build intelligent, accurate product logic.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
    in Product Management, preferably in
    SaaS
    or data/analytics products.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with
    UX/UI designers
    and leading design-driven products.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into "consumer-grade" usability.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS systems, onboarding flows, user lifecycle, and product adoption.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams (web apps, full stack, or AI/ML is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain both technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
  • Startup experience or strong comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in PropTech, GIS, urban planning, real estate, or financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM products and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to create light wireframes or product sketches (Figma experience is a bonus).
