Join our small but dynamic team as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper, where you will be the heartbeat of our operations In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping, manage daily sales and administrative functions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to person for office management, sales and installation team coordination. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all team members and visitors.
  • Manage schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments to maximize productivity.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including payroll processing, budgeting, and maintaining financial records using Sage software
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
  • Plan, schedule and organize installation activities, fostering team spirit and collaboration within the workplace.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to documents while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide exceptional front desk support by managing multi-line phone systems and greeting guests with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or management with a strong understanding of clerical processes.
  • Proficiency in Sage essential for financial management and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Experience in human resources functions including training & development initiatives, an asset
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
