Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rollback Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage vehicles effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport vehicles to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct Pre-trip of Rollback Truck inspections
- Load and unload vehicles , ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of the vehicle as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols while driving and during loading/unloading processes.
Skills
- Proof of 2 years of experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Basic mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience operating Rollback Truck for loading/unloading vehicles is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to move vehicles safely, ensuring compliance with weight limits and regulations.
- Provide Clean drivers abstract
- Fluent English
