Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable waxer to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform a variety of waxing and skin care treatments, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment. This role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic setting focused on enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence.

Duties

  • Perform skincare treatments such as body waxing, and Brazilian waxing with attention to detail and sanitation standards
  • Must have at least 2 years experience and be able to wax both men and women
  • Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client experiences and meet sales goals
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
  • Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support retail sales efforts through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and engaging guest interactions
  • Qualifications
  • Valid Esthetician license in accordance with Ontario regulations

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a spa or salon environment
  • Experience or interest in body waxing, face waxing, brow lamination and lash lifts
  • Excellent communication skills to engage guests professionally and confidently
  • Ability to perform retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining a guest-focused approach
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
