Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students.
  • Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, including those of students with disabilities.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
  • Maintain organized classroom management while promoting respect and discipline among students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Experience

  • A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with relevant teaching certifications.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; experience in early childhood education is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/French) are highly desirable to support diverse student populations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with students and parents.
  • Proficiency in computer operation and technology integration within the classroom is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, time management skills, organizational skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments are crucial for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities will be considered an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$36.05 per hour
