Responsibilities
  • Inspecter et charger les produits
  • Effectuer une inspection du véhicule avant le départ
  • Soulevez et transportez les produits chez les clients sans dommage et assemblez-les au besoin
  • Effectuer un excellent service client à domicile
  • Mettre à jour le statut de remise des documents de livraison
  • Enregistrer des informations telles que le kilométrage, les coûts de carburant et tout problème rencontré
  • Enregistrement complet du chauffeur, y compris la comptabilité appropriée des marchandises et la facturation
Qualifications
  • L'expérience de livraison est un atout
  • Permis de conduire valide (seule la classe 5 est nécessaire)
  • Dossier de conduite (pas plus de 2 violations au cours des 12 derniers mois)
  • Capacité de soulever et de transporter régulièrement des marchandises lourdes de plus de 50 lbs
  • Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent serait un atout mais pas obligatoire
  • Orienté vers le service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
  • Flexibilité pour travailler par quarts, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine, au besoin
  • Doit passer une vérification des antécédents criminels parrainé par Brick

Être bilingue (français, anglais – parlé et écrit) est nécessaire pour les interactions fréquentes avec les clients anglophones et francophones dans nos magasins, les colègues et/ou les partenaires/fournisseurs internes à travers le Canada
