Trident Healthcare Institute is a registered Private Career College located in Hamilton, Ontario. We offer specialized training in Personal Support Worker (PSW) programs and a diverse portfolio of short healthcare courses. Our mission is to deliver student-focused, hands-on education that prepares graduates for immediate employment in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
  • Maintain front desk organization and ensure a tidy reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and support daily campus operations
  • Assist with student inquiries and general administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the admissions and academic departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
