Nechako Ridge Denturist Corp. is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to join our team This is a fully in-house position ideal for someone who loves organization, accuracy, and supporting a smooth-running practice.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
  • Process accounts payable/receivable
  • Assist with payroll and month-end reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Reconcile accounts and help prepare financial statements
  • Support administrative and accounting projects as needed
  • Communicate with vendors, patients, and internal team members in a professional manner

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
