About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at NightRider LEDS, you'll be a critical first point of contact for our valued dealers and customers. This role blends customer service excellence, sales strategy, product knowledge, and administrative precision, all rooted in our dealer-first culture. You'll work collaboratively with our management team and colleagues to champion dealer success, growth, and satisfaction — because when our dealers win, so do we.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service by being the first point of contact via phone, email, and dealer support queue.
- Promote and demonstrate NightRider's values and team culture.
- Proactively support and educate dealers about our product lineup, promotions, and solutions.
- Accurately process all incoming orders within 1 hour of receipt, following dealer instructions and company procedures.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide solution-based recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Own the resolution of dealer inquiries, return requests (RGA), and concerns within your scope of authority, while escalating when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM data—contacts, tasks, and opportunities.
- Follow up on all active promotions and facilitate participation through strategic outreach.
- Coordinate trade show logistics and lead generation activities.
- Report on industry trends, dealer feedback, and competitor insights to the management team.
- Support the team in office/warehouse inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Participate in continuous training and improvement programs.
- Assist in operational functions such as backorders, product releases, stock transfers, and showroom upkeep.
What You Bring:
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Abilities in multitasking, prioritization, and organizational time management.
- A customer-centric, solutions-focused approach with unwavering attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint; bonus if familiar with order/inventory systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement lens.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or dealer relations (automotive, electronics, or B2B experience a plus).
