Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician with strong experience in retrofit projects in commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and retrofits in commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and electrical code requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, panels, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on job sites.
  • Provide accurate reporting of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Red Seal Journey person Electrician (or equivalent) certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, with proven work in retrofit, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • This position will relocate in different job site location
