Job Summary

Join our growing Private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), focused on acquiring and managing residential real estate. Our commitment is to excellence in property management and delivering exceptional property management and investment outcomes.

We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring smooth property performance and a great resident experience. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of property management practices, landlord-tenant regulations, lease administration, and tenant relations, and can lead on-site execution while coordinating with remote administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance and repair services
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Assist with handling tenant inquiries and resolving property-related issues in compliance with landlord-tenant board regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and property documents.
  • Track property maintenance requests, work orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting processes.
  • Conduct market research to assist with property performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensure all administrative processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Obtaining quotes and securing new vendors/contractors for required property maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or property administration
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant board regulations, leases, and tenant issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to tenant relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
