Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants
  • Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Handle payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement processes
  • Implement organizational policies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices
  • Strong front desk management skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience in human resources functions including training & development
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and employee recordkeeping
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record management
