Comme ingénieur·e de production, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la fabrication, l'industrialisation et l'amélioration continue de nos imprimantes 3D industrielles. Tu seras responsable de développer, documenter et optimiser les procédés d'assemblage, d'assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des produits, et de collaborer avec les équipes de conception, d'approvisionnement et de qualité pour soutenir la montée en cadence de la production.
Un poste pratique et polyvalent, au cœur des opérations, pour quelqu'un qui aime comprendre les détails, résoudre des problèmes concrets et faire évoluer les procédés de fabrication. Tes responsabilités
- Développer, documenter et améliorer les procédés et instructions d'assemblage des imprimantes 3D.
- Soutenir la production quotidienne et résoudre les problèmes techniques d'assemblage.
- Mener des analyses de cause fondamentale (RCA) et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives.
- Collaborer avec l'ingénierie pour revoir les conceptions (DFM/DFA) et intégrer les modifications en production.
- Concevoir et valider des gabarits, des outillages et des postes de test.
- Contribuer à la planification et à l'exécution des builds pilotes et des ramp-ups de production.
- Former et accompagner les technicien·nes d'assemblage dans l'application des standards de qualité.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des indicateurs de performance : rendement, temps de cycle, taux de rebut, sécurité.
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, industriel ou de production (ou domaine connexe).
- 3+ années d'expérience en ingénierie de production ou de fabrication, idéalement sur des assemblages électromécaniques complexes.
- Solide compréhension des procédés d'assemblage, de la qualité et des outils d'amélioration continue.
- Maitrise des logiciels de CAO (SolidWorks, un atout).
- Expérience en analyse de cause fondamentale, en documentation de processus et en soutien à la production.
- Approche pratique, rigoureuse et axée sur le terrain.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration interdisciplinaire.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).

As a Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, scaling, and improving the manufacturing of AON3D's industrial 3D printers. You'll be responsible for developing, documenting, and optimizing assembly processes, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability, and collaborating with Design, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support production ramp-up and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the heart of operations — ideal for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, refining manufacturing systems, and driving efficiency. What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and improve assembly and production processes.
- Support daily production activities and troubleshoot technical issues on the line.
- Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work with Design Engineering to review designs (DFM/DFA) and integrate changes into production.
- Design and validate fixtures, tooling, and test setups.
- Contribute to pilot builds and production ramp-ups.
- Train and support assembly technicians to maintain quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across key metrics: yield, cycle time, scrap rate, safety.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably involving complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Strong understanding of assembly methods, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with process documentation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Practical, structured, and hands-on problem solver.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken & written).
- Experience with lean manufacturing, PFMEA, or process validation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience a plus).
- Hands-on 3D printing or industrial equipment experience.
