We are looking for an engaged new member to add to our administration team of 4, who will grow with the company as we expand and improve our operations.
Administrative Assistant
Requirements
· College diploma/certificate (min 1 year) in administration
· Experience of min. 2 years working in administration/accounting/ bookkeeping or similar
· Experience with financial software SAGE, or other, preferred
· Intermediate MS Office skills, Macros and SQL an asset
· Professional English required, other languages welcome
· Must be self-motivated, well organized, and personable
· Must love new challenges and a high-paced atmosphere
Responsibilities
· Manage office and production purchases and inventories
· Manage shipping documents, inquiries and communication
· Answer phones, relay messages, respond to general and sales inquiries
· Manage other administrative processes, including but not limited to safety, quality, IT, marketing and sales processes
· Support HR and accounting processes
· Other duties not specified
