Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? We're looking for a reliable Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our busy massage therapy clinic in Airdrie

Position Details:

  • Hours:
  • Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Sundays: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival
  • Keep the clinic clean and welcoming
  • Manage and adjust appointment bookings
  • Handle laundry
  • Process insurance claims
  • Take payments and handle transactions
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Qualifications:
