About the Role
We're looking for two dynamic Immigration Counselors to join our growing Mississauga office.
This is a commission-based, target-driven position — ideal for motivated professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their immigration goals and want to be rewarded directly for their performance.
You'll work closely with our RCICs and operations team to guide clients from consultation to case filing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations to assess eligibility and advise on immigration options (Canada & U.S.).
Maintain excellent communication and follow-ups with clients through all stages of their case.
Collaborate with legal and operations teams for document preparation and case submissions.
Meet company-defined KPI targets and achieve monthly/quarterly performance goals.
Contribute to client relationship building, referrals, and overall business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting, student counselling, or related advisory roles.
Strong understanding of Canadian and/or U.S. immigration programs and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or related field preferred.
Experience working with RCICs or within a licensed immigration firm is an asset.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role — you will receive a percentage share of the gross revenue generated from your client cases.
The exact structure will be discussed during the interview based on experience and performance potential.
