Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The Technician will play a vital role in supporting our operational goals and ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and safety procedures
  • Assist in installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical repair, maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or industrial systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with colleagues
  • Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus but not required
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
