Your Role:

We are seeking a highly driven
Operations Manager
to serve as a critical partner to our leadership team in leading a fast-growing, tech-enabled business. This senior leadership role requires a proven operator who can
translate strategy into results, oversee cross-functional priorities, and drive disciplined execution
across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold a
post-graduate business credential (MBA, CPA, or equivalent)
and bring
8+ years of leadership experience
, including prior exposure reporting directly to the C-Suite, CEO, or Board.
Financial acumen, business development expertise, and hands-on execution capabilities are essential.
Experience with
P&L management
is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:


• Work directly with the leadership team to set, communicate, and execute strategic priorities.


• Lead and coordinate
complex, cross-functional projects
, ensuring flawless planning, organization, and delivery.


• Provide
financial and operational oversight
, including budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.


• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, while being
hands-on and detail-oriented
in daily operations.


• Represent the company with
clients, stakeholders, and Board members
, demonstrating credibility, influence, and professionalism.


• Drive
business development initiatives
, forging new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.


• Build and lead a
culture of execution
, ensuring teams are organized, accountable, and consistently hitting results.


• Model a
growth mindset
, encouraging innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across the company.

Qualifications:



MBA, CPA, or equivalent post-graduate business degree required.


• Minimum
8 years of progressive leadership experience
in a high-growth, technology-enabled business.


• Proven success in
multitasking, organization, and execution of complex projects.


• Prior experience reporting directly to
C-Suite, CEO, or Board-level leadership.


• Strong
financial acumen
and exposure to P&L management.


• Demonstrated
business development track record
with measurable impact.


• Exceptional communicator, charismatic leader, and relationship-builder at all levels.


• Results-driven mindset with the ability to
inspire, motivate, and execute with precision.


• Soft skills: adaptability, resilience, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to influence without authority.

Compensation & Benefits


• Base Salary:
$80,000 – $90,000


• Bonus:
15–20% performance-based
