Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves various tasks related to food preparation, serving, and ensuring a clean and safe dining experience for our customers. Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, grills, and coffee machines (barista experience is a plus).
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience or background in the hotel food industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Experience in serving food and beverages in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
